The Cincinnati Reds (36-59, 5th NL Central) took two of three games against the Atlanta Braves (33-63, 5th NL East)this week and now look to do the same or better against the Arizona Diamondbacks this weekend.
Dan Straily (4-6, 4.07 ERA) will lead the Reds and will be going up against Archie Bradley (3-5, 4.37 ERA). In Sunday’s win over the Nats, Straily allowed three hits over seven innings. As for the D-backs, they have won their last five games in The Great American Ballpark.
Bradley’s last game, against the Dodgers, led to a no-decision, giving up one earned run, six hits three walks and three strikeouts over six innings. Bradley has never faced the Reds in his career.
